TradingX School provides paid online access to educational programs, materials, lessons, webinars, the student account, support, or other learning activities listed in the selected program description.

Program contents, price, currency, start date, duration, and access format are shown on the website or confirmed by a manager before payment.

Payment is accepted online through available payment methods. The obligation to provide access starts after successful payment confirmation.

Access to digital materials is provided through the website account or an official school communication channel. If a cohort has a start date, access is provided according to the confirmed schedule.

The buyer must provide correct contact details needed for payment, communication, and access to training.

A refund or transaction cancellation request can be sent to the seller email or official support channel.

Refunds are reviewed based on the request date, the status of access already provided, the part of the service already delivered, and the terms of the specific program.

If training, mentorship, a webinar, or digital material access has already started, the refund amount may be reduced in proportion to the service already provided. If a program does not allow refunds after access is granted, the buyer is informed before payment.
